Steve Becker is a writer, director, and producer who has worked on projects in NYC, LA, Brazil, & Europe. He started out at CBS Sports where he worked in finance during the day and production nights and weekends, both in studio and at game sites. Steve has a MBA and has worked in the financial services and real estate development industries for most of his life. In addition, Steve is a stand-up comedian and sketch writer having studied at NYU, UCB and PIT. His first feature film, Manhattan Minutiae, is a rock & roll romantic comedy with an original, pulsating soundtrack available on Amazon. Steve just shot a Pilot for a TV series based on the movie. In addition, he is producing several TV shows with creators around the world. Steve had an off-Broadway project open in 2019 & a second scheduled for late 2020. He lived in Los Angeles for 3 years and Brazil for 6 years. Steve and his Brazilian wife currently live in New York City but try to escape the to Rio de Janeiro during the worst of winter’s fury.

Alvaro has worked in media in Europe and the U.S. for the past 15 years, holding different positions in  programming, acquisition and production with Sony Pictures, DirecTV and Molinare. Alvaro brings in vast experience in TV programming, content development and all aspects of television management. His career started at Molinare developing commercials and promotional videos , then went to programming for AXN and Cosmopolitan TV, followed by producing for Sony Pictures , being a part of the adaptation of TV series such as Married with Children and  Los Simuladores. Before moving to New York, he was leading the team that developed and adapted many non-scripted shows for the Hispanic market, including  Who wants to be millionaire? and Total Recall.  Alvaro has been living in New York for the past 3 years. He has a BA in Law from Madrid University, loves travel documentaries, and bikes to work daily; come rain or shine.

RICARDO ACIOLI

An experienced photographer, filmmaker, & drone pilot, Ricardo has been creating content for the film, TV, and advertising industries for the last decade. He has a Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV and studied lighting and camera operations at the London Academy of Media Film & Television. After returning to Rio, Ricardo continued his production studies at Academia Internacional de Cinema - AIC, Telezoom, and Escola Doc. He has put his impressive academic background to work as a freelancer with the famed webchannel “Porta dos Fundos”. Ricardo has worked in advertising & internal communications with such companies such as Grupo Globo, Souza Cruz, and White Martins. With his varied experience, Ricardo coordinates Blue Carioca's marketing efforts in Brasil as well as supervise all in country productions.

GLORIA TELLO

POST PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Gloria Tello is an artist based out of Brooklyn. She has been working in the editorial department of major films for the past 4 years with credits on projects such as Fox's Keeping Up With the Joneses and Disney's The Nutcracker. She has a passion for all aspects of filmmaking and has concentrated her studies and efforts towards editing: the final 'writing' phase of any project. She received a BA in Film Production in her hometown at Arizona State before moving to New York in 2015. She has enjoyed working with Blue Carioca Entertainment as an editor on several web series and a TV pilot. Outside of filmmaking, Gloria loves dabbling in other art forms, such as painting, music making, and photography, as well as any outdoor activity that takes place in the sun.
